The production process begins with rigid board die-cutting according to the approved structural drawing. Magnetic positions and folding sections are precisely engineered to ensure smooth opening and stable box formation after assembly.
Printed art paper is laminated onto rigid greyboard using mounting equipment to achieve a clean surface finish. After lamination, magnets, ribbon handles, and folding hinges are installed manually or semi-automatically depending on the project complexity.
