Understand Requirement

We start by understanding your product size, weight, target store, display position, loading quantity, and campaign goal. This helps us define the right Cardboard Display structure before design begins.

Idea Conceptualization

Our team develops the first display concept based on your product category and retail environment. The goal is to make the point of sale display practical, visible, and easy for shoppers to access.

Structural design

Engineers create the structure according to product load, shelf depth, hook position, base stability, and packing method. This step ensures our custom cardboard display stands are strong enough for real retail use.

Graphic Design

After the structure is confirmed, we prepare the artwork layout based on the dieline. Logos, product images, selling points, and campaign messages are placed on the most visible panels.

 

3D Renderings

A 3D rendering helps you review the display appearance, product arrangement, color direction, and branding effect before sampling. It reduces misunderstanding and speeds up approval.

 

Prototype

We produce a sample to check product fit, assembly method, load performance, and visual effect. For a cardboard display rack, this step is important before moving into bulk production.

 

Manufacturing

After approval, we move into printing, lamination, mounting, die cutting, gluing, and quality inspection. Each production step is controlled to keep the structure and graphics consistent.

The display can be customized according to product dimensions, merchandising requirements and retail placement. Available options include overall height and width, display opening, shelf or divider configuration, header shape, panel structure, product capacity, die-cut details and assembly method. The honeycomb board construction can also be engineered around the required balance between rigidity, weight and shipping efficiency.

Printing Options

Full-color offset printing can be applied to the visible panels to create branded retail graphics. CMYK printing, spot colors, product images, promotional messaging and directional graphics can be incorporated into the artwork. The printing layout can cover the front, side panels, header and other visible areas according to the final structure.

Surface Finishing

Depending on the project requirements, the printed surface can be finished with matte or gloss lamination to improve visual appearance and provide additional surface protection.
