A: Yes, you can get a sample by pay us the sample fee, it will be refunded once the order is placed.
Q2:What do I need to send you for making a prototype?
A: We will send you the template of the display design , you just need to laydown your graphics on the template, and send me in AI or PDF format.Please kindly note that all the artwork file needs to be editable, images need to be 300dpi in high resolution.
Q3: How long will I get the sample we need?
A: Blank white sample is for 1-2 days, printing sample is for 2-3 days.
Q4: How to proceed an display order?
A: Quotation - prototype - prototype/sample confirmed - send you proforma invoice for deposit payment - production - Inspection - QC report - finished production photos - balance received - Arrange shipment
You could provide us the display item image with sizes/dimensions, your product weight information, display printing areas, quantity, thenwe can provide you quotation.If you are not sure about the display design, we could make suggestions and solution based on your product information, size, weight, pictures, product placements, etc.
Q5: How long to get the quote?
A: Send within 24 hours after the design, size and quantity are confirmed.
Q6:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A:For sample and small quantities we usually ship by Fedex, DHL, EMS and TNT, it usually takes 4-5 work days to arrive. For large quantities, we usually ship by sea.
Q7: Can you help container loading for consolidation
A: Yes, we can also help make loading plans.
Q8: Can you help me to work out the dimensions of the floor display standing?
A: Yes, please advise the sizes of your product/packaging and how many product per display. Weight of product is also necessary, to help us decide if need to reinforce the display or not.
