As a relatively high quality plexiglass, Acrylic has been widely used in the production of various handicrafts and display stands. Among them, the production process of acrylic display stands is probably the following six:

1. Mosaic method: According to the design drawing, the laser cutting machine is used to cut the acrylic of different colors into the required geometry, and mosaic on the bottom plate. This method is convenient for transportation and customers can assemble it themselves.

2. Pasting method: After cutting the acrylic into a certain shape, it is pasted on the plane. Whether it is cutting or pasting, there are high technical requirements.

3. Hot  method: heat the acrylic, directly put it by hand and pinch it into shape. This method is required to be completed by an experienced and agile master. Separated from the molding machine, it is made by hand, and the finished product is simple and rough, and is used for the decoration of the display frame.

4. Hot pressing method: This method needs to first manufacture hot pressing die according to the design drawing, use wood and oil clay to shape, and then use cast lead and gypsum material as the male and female mold. After the acrylic sheet is heated, it is hot pressed in the mold. How much of the finished product depends on the quality of the mold to a large extent, the finished product is compacted by a good mold, the curve is smooth, the stereoscopic effect is strong, and the effect of relief is obtained.

5. Vertical grinding method: After sticking the rod-shaped acrylic or thick plate-shaped acrylic, it is directly ground and polished on the grinding wheel. The main feature of this method is the design of the surface of the acrylic display stand. The good pattern can be integrated with the display stand and the products inside it, and it is like a piece of art.

6. Broken grinding method: the plate-shaped acrylic is pasted and pasted together, and then the cross-section is directly cut. The finished product can be changed in color and has a simple and natural effect.
