We got in touch with our UK client in July 2015, he gave us an email of his cell phone cases and the needs of promotion for Iphone 6S cases.
Then, we provided a example of the cell phone cases displays and provide an 3D rendering design based on our client’s website and social net workings.
He loved this design and then to ensure the quality and the cardboard displays shelves can fit with cases well, we provide a blank white sample first.
Then, we send the display sample to UK via DHL, after 4 days of shipment and 3 days of inner discussion of this sample, client confirmed the FSDU order with 1000pcs and all displays need to be assembled at our side, also load the cell phone cases into the cardboard floor stands.
We also provided a PP sample based on the artwork our client provided.
All displays are well finished and assembled in our warehouse.
To avoid any misunderstanding of loading the cell phone cases into the corrugated display stands, we put an example with labels ahead of all workers, also, trained them 3 hours of the details.
As the display is a little inclined, we also put an insert into the cardboard stand to lock it into space during the shipment.
Each display shipper carton will be wrapped with a bottom cover for easier pick up after arriving retailer’s stores.
Finally, all displays are well loaded into container well as the size we quoted and calculated based on the 40 feet container.
