The cardboard shelf is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Base
The base plays a supporting role. Generally used in cabinet, tray, and combined cardboard shelves. The basic component composed of independent corrugated cardboard plays a supporting role.
2. Keel
The keel is to cut a good piece of corrugated cardboard for slotting, digging, folding and assembly. The keel serves as a structural support internally to relieve and disperse the stress concentrated on the cardboard shelf. Generally speaking, the more keels, the stronger the bearing capacity, but too many keels will lead to waste of materials.
3. Display rack/shelf rack
The display rack/shelf rack is the main part of the corrugated display rack, which is used to display goods. There are many types of shelf designs and various structural combinations. Shelves between different layers can be combined by inserting and gluing together. It can be disassembled when not in use, which is the basic function of the shelf.
4. Cover/Billboard
Located on the top or side of the display rack or as a back support plate, suitable posters are generally printed on a large area for proper dissemination of goods and attract consumers.
