The production process of a metal display stand is more complex than corrugated displays because it involves structural fabrication and surface finishing.

The process usually begins with steel tube cutting and sheet metal processing according to engineering drawings. Laser cutting or CNC punching is used to create accurate structural components and mounting holes. After forming, the metal parts are welded together to create the main frame structure.
