Honeycomb, some clients called X Board, here is the picture.
The thickness of it range from 10MM to 30MM, much more thick than corrugated cardboard.
So, it is much more stronger than cardboard. Can hold much more weight than corrugated displays.
As we can also coated the artpaper onto honeycomb, it is workable for 4C CMYK offset printing, so, the printing is same as the corrugated display stand.
Since it is much thicker than corrugated, we can make the X board displays with very unique design like below.
Besides, as it is made out of cardboard, the cost is still much cheaper than wood or plastic.
In some sales environment, it can replace the wooden display stands to save your cost.
However, for now, it can not be auto diecutting but only semi-auto diecutting, this affect the lead time of the mass production at a certain depth.
Usually, for the order under 100pcs, we can make them finished 20-25 days from printing to delivery.
For order between 100-500pcs, the lead time is 30-40 days.
The sampling lead time is 3 working days.
