Lip products are small, colorful, and often sold in several different series at the same time. In a beauty retail environment, that can easily become a problem. Lip liners, lip stains, glosses, and promotional shades may all sit close together, but shoppers still need to understand the product range quickly.
From the beginning, this was not treated as a standard cardboard shelf. The display needed to do more than hold products. It had to separate product categories, keep slim cosmetic tubes standing properly, create a strong brand area, and make the product type immediately recognizable to shoppers.
The final structure includes three main display zones for Liners, Lip Stain, and Gloss, with perforated product trays designed for slim tube packaging. An oversized lipstick-shaped visual element was added to one side, helping the display communicate the product category before shoppers even read the shelf labels.
